Shipping policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

For US orders, customers have the option to select shipping through USPS or UPS. International orders are generally shipped using DHL, although the carrier may vary, depending on the country the order is being shipped to. All orders are shipped based on the option selected at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

All U.S. orders over $199 automatically receive free shipping, no code needed. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping outside of the U.S. 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are determined by the weight and location your item is being shipped to. Rates will be listed during checkout. 

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package through your order receipt and going directly to the carrier website. Please enter the tracking number that was emailed to you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard orders placed Tuesday-Saturday before 3 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm will processed on the next business day. 
  • Shipped within 2-3 business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.
  • Express orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 business day. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

 

Please Note
The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process. Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
