About Our Hair
What color is the hair?
All bundles are natural color unless the description says otherwis. This means that the hair is the natural hair color of the donor that provided the hair and that colors of bundles may vary from lighter to darker.
Can I color the hair?
Yes! Please be mindful that different hair types have different characteristics that effect the way the color will process.
We do not recommend lightening, lifting, bleaching or decolorizing any hair without a professional stylist.

Brazilian Hair: Can be lifted and colored to 27 (level 8)
Malaysian Hair: Can be lifted and colored to 613 (level 10)
Indian Hair: Can be lifted and colored to 30 (level 6)
Peruvian Hair: Can be lifted and colored to 613 (level 10)
Can I shower or swim in the hair?
Yes! Although you can get your hair wet while bathing or swimming, please remember not to lay down or go to sleep with wet hair. The friction of laying on wet hair will cause any hair to tangle and possible mat together.
Always completely dry your hair extensions and scalp thoroughly.
How many bundles do I need?
That depends on your desired fullness. Below are our recommendations for a full head.
10” to 20” 2 Bundles
20” to 26” 3 Bundles
26” to 30” 4 Bundles
30” to 36” 5-6 Bundles
38” to 40” 6-10 Bundles
What is the difference in the hair types?
Brazilian- Thick, Silky, Glossy Finish
Malaysian- Thick, Matte, Satin Finish
Indian- Fine, Silky, Satin Finish
Peruvian- Fine, Matte, Glossy Finish
How do I maintain my virgin hair?
Always use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner
Shampoo gently and conditioner every 1-2 weeksUse hooded dryer or allow hair to air dry
Always braid and/or cover hair with satin while sleepingFor coloring seek a licensed professional
DO NOT sew through wefts
DO NOT use oil sheen, heavy oils or products that contain alcohol
DO NOT lay or sleep on damp/wet hair
DO NOT blow dry wet hair
How should I store my hair between use?
Always shampoo and condition the hair before storage. Store completely dry hair in a breathable bag.
For long term storage shampoo and condition the hair every 60 days.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I make changes to an order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 business day and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday/Monday or on holidays.
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.
What shipping method do you use?
For US orders we use UPS. International order are shipped through the local country carrier, most often we use DHL.
